The ‘Fotonica Evenement 2009’ offers a platform for scientists, R&D engineers, policy officials, PhD students and management to be informed about the latest developments in photonics and to meet each other. An ideal opportunity to intensify your knowledge and network in photonics. The importance of photonics will be especially elucidated for the following themes: Healthcare & Lifescience, Photonics Research & Education, Light Sources & Detection Systems, Photonics in Daily Life, Industrial Manufacturing and Information & Communication Technology. The event offers a programme consisting of oral presentations, the exposition, a poster session, lunch, hands-on photonics, photo competition and a network drink. The programme of the event is intended to be interesting for a broad audience, and to help bridging the knowledge gap (vice versa) between science and business. There won’t be in-depth scientific oral presentations and there won’t be pure product presentations. |
